Physical skills definitions 

Flexibility- ability to move joints full range of motion 

Balance- being able to hold a position for a period of time without falling over 

Alignment and posture- Ability to extent joints and muscles to fill extension 

Coordination- To be able to put moves together 

Strength- Holding the weight of yourself or other dancers 

Stamina- to be able to go for a long time without stopping
